WINTER HOLIDAY SPECIAL Thanksgiving (Nov. 22-30) and Christmas, New Year (December 16, 2008-Jan 10, 2009) offered at peak season rates with 7 nights or longer 15% reduced rate; (additional nights charged at listed daily rate for individual property; rate includes $100 cleaning fee and $350 refundable security deposit. We ask 1/2 the rent plus $350 security deposit to hold a reservation.
