| WINTER HOLIDAY SPECIAL PACKAGE OFFER
We are offering winter holiday Season packages for a split stay in Anaheim/Disneyland Mission Bay/San Diego. The minimum stay is 10 nights total split for 5 nights at each home. The package price in effect for winter holidays will be a total of $6250.00; (additional nights charged at listed daily rate for individual property; rate includes $150 cleaning fee and $1000 refundable security deposit.

| offered at peak season rates with 7 nights or longer 15% reduced rate; (additional nights charged at listed daily rate for individual property; rates includes $145 precessing + cleaning fee and $350 refundable security deposit. We ask 1/2 the rent plus $350 security deposit to hold a reservation.
