Terms & Conditions

·         Rates include tax and utilities - cable TV, & high
speed internet. We accept payment by check or credit card.

·         Check in time on to be after 3:00pm unless by special arrangement. Keys are available in a lock box and the combination is provided once your full payment is received.

·         Responsible Party(s) must be at least 21 years of age. Acceptance along with payment represent agreement to all house rules, rental fee as well as arrival and departure dates. Complete responsible party information, including credit card information, is required.

·         All persons must obey the house rules. Parties or events held at the home must keep music, dancing, noises under control and all festivities must end by 10pm.  If you are having other persons such as caterers, musicians, speakers in the home it is understood that you are responsible for those persons as well while they are in the home.

·         Guests are solely responsible for their own safety and the supervision of all minors and pets.

·         Check out time is ten-thirty in the morning (10:30am). The house is to be left reasonably clean. Prior to departure, follow instruction -Bed linens, towels etc. that have been used are to be removed from beds and bathrooms and placed in the laundry basket provided.  All dirty dishes, pot and pans washed and returned to the cupboards.

·         Management will not be responsible for money, jewelry or any article missing from renter’s property during this occupancy.

·         No smoking is allowed inside the house. If you smoke outside the house, all used tobacco products are to be transferred to garbage containers prior to departure.

• No loud noises or boisterous conduct is permitted. Please respect all neighbors’ privacies.

·         No illegal substances or underage drinking are permitted on the premises at any time.

·         Security deposits will be refunded 14-18 days after departure with any damages, extra cleaning, and/or phone charges taken into account.

·         Cancellation Policy: The security deposit is non-refundable. 

o    Within 45 days of arrival – full deposit amount forfeited unless unit is re-rented.
